We have a red angus going in for USDA processing the last week of May. 1 half is available. This beef has been fed on a free-range pasture with supplemental alfalfa, timothy and corn. The halves should hang around 350-400 pounds. We charge $5.25 a pound based on the hanging weight, paid to the farm after the facility confirms the weigh. Customers then complete their cut selections and pays the facility when they pick up their order. All orders are done easily online and meat is professionally wrapped and labeled.
