Open Mechanic Position
East Columbia Basin Irrigation District is accepting applications for an Open Mechanic position.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Maintenance and repair of:
o Automobiles and pickups
o Light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
o Construction equipment including:
Bulldozers
Tractors
Tractor-mowers
Road graders
Cranes
Weed sprayers
Road and excavating equipment
• Work on diesel, gasoline, and propane engines
• Repair and maintenance of portable generators, pumps, tampers, and related equipment
Position Details
• Starting Wage: $30.92/hour + benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
